As if it didn't last long enough, the biggest day in retail is starting a full 4 days early. At least on Amazon, it's starting today in a few hours, 12PM EST to be exact. A host of "lighning deals" on video games start at that time, several of which are worth glancing at, for certain.

If you need a new set of Rock Band instruments or didn't quite get around to finishing the original Modern Warfare campaign, this set of deals will serve you well. That said, don't get too crazy as this is just the beginning of the black friday madness, both on Amazon and in general. It would be a shame to run out of allotted funds at this point.

Aaron: Not the best deal I've ever seen, but the first Modern Warfare might make a good, cheap gift and if you really need some new instruments, it's hard to go wrong. Amazon Prime = best black friday ever.
