Information Collection

Loading Reality, LLC (LR) may collect or track the email addresses of visitors that communicate with LR via email, information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, forums, surveys, contests, email, the "Contact LR" section of the site, and other online avenues (including, without limitation, demographic, interests, behavior, and personal profile data), the home server domain names, email addresses, IP addresses, type of client computer, files downloaded, search engine used, operating system, and type of Web browser of visitors to the site and persons responding to pools, and aggregate and visitor-specific ifnormation regarding which pages visitors access.

Registration

In order to submit content or participate in the community forums on LR, sign up for and/or use LR services such as online arcade games, a visitor may first be asked to complete a registration form. During registration, a visitor may be required to give their contact information (such as name and email address).

Information Via Log Files and Cookies

While a visitor is on the site, LR tracks certain information through log files and, on some pages, through cookies. This information may include data regarding a visitor's most recent visit, the URL they came from, the URL they visit next, the browser they are using, and their IP address. LR evaluates this data on an aggregate basis and does not associate the information with a visitor's personal identity.

Newsletters

If a visitor elects to subscribe to an LR newsletter, LR asks for contact information such as name and email address.

Contests

Occasionally, LR requests information from visitors via contests and other promotions. Participation in these is completely voluntary and the visitor therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose information (although, for example, mailing address and demographic information may be required to enter contests).

Use of Information

Identifiable or non-identifiable data may be disclosed or distributed to another party with which LR enters or reasonably may enter into a corporate transaction for example, a merger, consolidation, acquisition, or asset purchase; to a third party pursuant to legal process; in response to a request by or on behalf of any government agency; if determined by LR in its sole judgement that such disclosure or distribution is appropriate to proect the life, health, rights, or property of LR or any other person; or as necessary to third parties under contract with LR to improve and provide services associated with the site.

Third Party Advertisements

LR contains links to other sites, advertisements for or placed by third parties, and products or services provided by third party partners. LR is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites, advertisers, or third parties, the products or services provided, or for the content of such sites or advertisements.

A third party ad-serving company may use information about your visits to this and other web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Children Under 13

LR must not be used by children under 13. Children under 13 must not submit personal information.
