Pictured above is the newly unveiled box art for the PS3 version of Final Fantasy XIII. It's simple, but pretty damn elegant if you ask me. For a really eerie version of this, google search "Xbox 360 FFXIII box art." Who would have thought that would be anything but a laughable photoshop?

In addition, Motomu Toriyama, creative director of FFXIII, has confirmed the game as a 50-60 hour ordeal even if you're only going for the main quest. Insane. A direct quote below:

"For XIII, the size of the entire game is considerable. Just running through the main story takes experienced players over 50 hours. For the first time, I think it's possible to play through in full in about 60 hours or so."

Fantastic news. Final Fantasy XIII finally releases on March 9th, 2010.

Aaron: Oh God... I think I have to go on a media freeze for this game due to anticipation overload. Even a box art for the game post seems like the most interesting thing I've read in the past month.
