Warner Bros. Interactive and MTV Games has released the full tracklist for Lego: Rock Band, which is slated for a November released. The list of 45 songs includes tracks from many classic groups and new hits that will appeal to the kiddies.

The press release also addresses many other techincal and financial issues with the game. Exporting these 45 songs to your harddrive for play on other Rock Band games will cost you $10, which is $5 more than exporting the Rock Band 1 songs. Also, MTV Games will regulate the songs on the Lego Rock Band store so that they only include family-friendly selections.

And if you do that can you still get the achievements for the first Rock Band without the Rock Band disc? The people at GameStop all but told me to just put Rock Band on my hard drive and then return it on my way out. But if I return Rock Band can I still get the achievements for that disc?
