Game Night: Borderlands

Wow, Borderlands is fun...and addictive...really addictive. We'll be running a few 4-player parties this friday, so if you'd like to team-up and dominate the wasteland, or just level up a character, post below or register over here!

Anyone who's not there, just don't have taste in fun. Playing with a bunch of LR guys on Borderlands is very fun. I rented this from Gamefly, and I will be holding onto this one for some time.

The only excuse for not being here this Friday is if you were abducted by aliens.

As of this morning my XBox is back to working, and as long as it is still working on Friday, I'll be there.

Of course Borderlands was what I was playing when it stopped working, so maybe it is...CURSED! OooooOooooO!

It was a pretty fun night. I was surprised I had the highest leveled character present there (41), but it really was something that LR should do more often since it was so damn fun. It's not everyday the folks of LR gather around to play a fun RPG together.

I look forward to another Borderlands game night sometime in the future if you decide to host another one day.

Good times indeed. It's too bad my connection kept giving me fits though, I felt like asking Nick if I could borrow his 56k after a few disconnects I had.

Next week if Forza 3, I'm ready to run a bunch of races with the community!

In honor of the new Borderlands DLC, The Island of Dr. Ned, we'll be playing Borderlands this friday, December 4th.
If you're looking for a chance to play the new DLC with LR, now's your chance.
Haven't downloaded it yet? No biggie, we'll be playing some of the disc-based content too. Just post below, or register over here if you'd like to play

  • Maneatingcow : The BioShock soundtrack he posts is especially interesting because it is entirely "home made". Since there was no "official" soundtrack released he tracked down every song he could used in the game. Read the blog post even if you don't download it.
