Last week, I finally got into the mob, answered one question...
...and "the one" disconnected.


You should've heard all the expletives coming from my mic.

I'll be anxious to give it another go this friday though.

I got in one time when the game was first released in beta form.

How does it work exactly when the 1 gets disconnected from the game? Do you get the boot from the mob, or do you continue into the next game?

You actually get booted from the mob without any prize (at least 30 mob members need to be eliminated before anyone gets prizes). I also understand that you can only be in the mob once per episode (or "the one" once per season). So between that and my anger, I went from consistently being in the top 100, to consistently having the lowest score in my party.

Well, at least I got to play that night...this friday was just disappointing, to say the least.
Due to all their network issues, "1 vs 100" actually turned out to be "1 vs #DIV/0!"

There was some serious network issues this past Friday for sure. I don't know if they got it back up and running or not. All I do know is that the discussions that ensued after everyone hopped back into their own games again was probably more fun than playing that evening.

  • Maneatingcow : The BioShock soundtrack he posts is especially interesting because it is entirely "home made". Since there was no "official" soundtrack released he tracked down every song he could used in the game. Read the blog post even if you don't download it.
